Will my NollieCover fit my car seat model? TOP
Yes. Because you order your NollieCover for the specific car seat model you own (from the drop-down box on the product page), it will be custom made to be a perfect fit. Does the NollieCover go over my old cover? TOP
No. NollieCovers are custom made replacement covers that are made to fit as good or better than your old cover. Simply take your old cover off and slip your new NollieCover on your car seat. How do I put on my new NollieCover? TOP
Full instructions are located on our website at www.nolliecovers.com. Simply click on the tab on the top entitled Cover Instructions and locate your car seat model on the page. How do I clean my NollieCover? TOP
NollieCovers are machine washable. Warm water for light colored covers. Cold water for dark colored covers. We recommend that you place your cover in the dryer for about 10 minutes, remove while cover is still a bit damp, and allow the cover to air-dry. This will insure that your cover keeps its color for a long time. Infant car seat canopies are spot clean or dry clean only. How long does it take to receive my NollieCover from time of purchase? TOP
It takes us two to three weeks to custom make your NollieCover. We then send it directly to you, so including shipping time, you should receive your NollieCover in about 3 weeks from time of purchase. Can I customize my NollieCover? TOP
Yes. You can choose to substitute any fabric on any of our car seat covers for any other fabric you see on our website. If you would like a changed fabric, you must call us directly at (760) 295-4383 as our sales website is not designed to allow you to input changes to our cover designs. Can I get my NollieCover faster than two to three weeks? TOP
Yes. We can rush your order for a $25 rush fee and have it to you in less than a week. We can also overnight covers (also for an additional fee). Please give us a call at (760) 295-4383 if you need your NollieCover by a specific date (delivery date, baby shower, etc.), and we will make every effort to accommodate you. How do I pay for my NollieCover? TOP
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. Due to the custom nature of making a NollieCover, we do not start work until payment is received. What is your return policy? TOP
Because your NollieCover is custom made just for you and your child, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. Why are NollieCovers so expensive? TOP
Your NollieCover is like no other car seat cover product made. We use only the finest fabrics, paddings, and linings. We pay obsessive attention to every last detail of your NollieCover to make sure that it will fit perfectly and that your baby will be incredibly comfortable. We also have a very unique flair for design that is unmatched in the marketplace. Plus, you have the satisfaction of knowing that your child is riding in one of the best made, and most exclusive baby accessories available. Do you ship worldwide? TOP
Yes. We can make and send NollieCovers anywhere in the world. It is important that an international client has a car seat like one we already design covers for (NollieCovers will not fit on most foreign car seats); and, you must call us at (760) 295-4383 for shipping price. This website does not allow for international shipping rates to be calculated, and our flat rate shipping price is only intended for shipping within the 48 Continental US States. What shipping method do you use? TOP
All NollieCovers are sent via United States Post Office-Priority Mail with Signature Required for delivery $15.00 shipping fee for infant cover sets and toddler covers
(this fee includes all add-ons when purchaseed together), infant package and Bugaboo stroller covers,
all other add-on products (Muffy/Blankets, Headrest, Puddle Pad, NollieStrollie stroller covers and Plush Blankets are $5.00-$10.00 shipping fee per item. That means that you will have your NollieCover within 2 to 3 days from when we ship anywhere in the US. Please make sure that you, or someone, is available to sign for the delivery of your cover. If you are unable to be at home/work to sign for your cover, you can pick up your NollieCover at your local Post Office, or sign the waiver slip that will allow the postman to re-deliver your package. Can I design my own cover with my own fabric? TOP
Yes. You can send us fabric to make your NollieCover - we do not give a fabric discount, so you would pay the regular price for a NollieCover, but we would be happy to make you a cover with your fabric. If you would like a fabric or fabrics for your NollieCover that you do not see that we use on any current covers on our website, please give us a call at (760) 295-4383 to discuss what you have in mind. We will then quote you a fabric premium price to be added to the regular cost of your NollieCover to cover variances in fabric pricing, and to compensate us for the time it will take us to locate and buy your special requested fabric(s). Can I buy a Gift Certificate? TOP
Yes. You can purchase a NollieCovers Gift Certificate in any amount that you would like. They make great last minute gifts, or can be given when you don't know the exact style of cover, or gender of child, of the mother-to-be.
